Section 01

General Provisions

agt99 is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including live casino, sports betting, and slot games. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between agt99 and the user.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the agt99 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal gaming account.
• "Funds" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or benefit granted by agt99.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services on the agt99 platform. Additional terms may apply to specific games or promotions on the platform, and these will apply alongside the general Terms. In case of conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

Section 02

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the agt99 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. agt99 may request proof of age verification at any time and reserves the right to close an account if sufficient proof is not provided.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. The following details are required:

• Full name (matching your national ID or birth certificate)
• Active email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts and funds will be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Commitment

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are entering this agreement on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Online gaming activities are not legally prohibited in your area.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email), update your account promptly. agt99 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 KYC Verification

agt99 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time in the interest of fraud prevention and security. This process may require a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.

Section 04

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following terms apply when depositing funds into agt99:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method.)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Keep proof of the transaction at the time of deposit.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from payment accounts in a third party's name are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Processing time: Generally within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the agt99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). agt99 will not be responsible for any matters relating to foreign currency conversion.

4.4 Fees and Charges

agt99 generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own charges, which are determined entirely by that provider's policies.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100 to qualify for the bonus.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The bonus must be used within the specified time period after it is activated.
• If the bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager in order to make the bonus funds withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

agt99's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on your activity on the platform. Active and regular participation is required to advance to each tier.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• A bonus is only for the individual to whom it was offered.
• agt99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account will be terminated and funds will be forfeited.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

agt99 is committed to the principle of fair play. All our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — follow the standards of their respective regulatory authorities. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. The maximum bet amount may be restricted while a bonus is active.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game round is voided due to a technical error or server issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. Any unusual winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid.

If your internet connection is lost during play, the game state is saved on the server. You can continue playing from that point after reconnecting. agt99 will not be responsible for any loss caused by internet issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Manipulating the bonus system.

7.2 Collusion and Misconduct

• Manipulating games by colluding with other players.
• Using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.

7.3 Money Laundering

agt99 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. agt99 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if any suspicious financial activity is detected.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the agt99 website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of agt99. Copying, distributing, publishing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Content from game provider companies (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

agt99 may suspend or terminate an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Instructions from legal authorities or a court order.
• Age limit violation (under 21 years old).

11.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, funds linked to a terms violation may be forfeited. The return of unaffected funds (such as deposited amounts not related to the violation) is considered on a case-by-case basis.
